BIO-MEM hollow fiber MBR membrane is made of Reinforced PVDF. After years of research and development, we successfully developed this high-performance hydrophilic PVDF product. This fiber is produced in terms of Thermally Induced Phase Separation (TIPS). With the PET inner- support material, it has a higher intensity (the tensile strength is ≥20.0MPa), stronger anti- peeling condition (peeling strength ≥ 1.0MPa), higher porosity (≥60%), and larger flux (≥200L/m2·h-0.01MPa).
